Steps in the Certification

The Certification process takes around 4 weeks to be completed

  1. SURVEY AND DATA COLLECTION

Respecting Data Privacy, we collect online data provided by the employees. This is done in a survey conducted between 1-2 weeks

  1. AUDIT ANALYSIS

Our consultants analyse results, calculate EVPT of each employee, and evaluate the weight of the extended salary in comparison with the baseline. A final decision on the achievement of the certification takes place

The client receives Certification valid for 1 year. This Certification can be used on the client's organization website, catalogs or any commercial communications

  1. CERTIFICATION

EVERY COMPANY WITH MORE THAN 50 EMPLOYEES CAN APPLY ONLINE. HOW?

  1. Just provide us with basic information about your organization. E.g., Name, address, website, and number of employees.

  2. Arrange the first payment online to initiate the certification.

  3. We will send the list of private codes to your email for all employees. (one private for code for each), So you can share codes with them.

  4. Employees will fill out one survey with questions that will help us to calculate the SALARY+ IMPACT INDEX. These questions relate to income, number of hours worked, number of dependents, health, age, number of worked hours, etc

  5. We receive questionnaires in 7-14 days, and 14 days later. To proceed with the research, at least 70% of the employees must have reponded answered the survey.

  6. Then we proceed to send certification proof, audit report, seal utilization protocol, and results to the company. We also add the logo of the company and its certification (Regular or Platinum)
