Boost Pay Without Raising Payroll Costs. Quantifying the Hidden Value of Flexibility

We applied our Certification Salary+ Impact Index (S+II Certification) to a company with 180 employees. We collected data from the majority of employees and calculated the Economic Value of Personal Time (EVPT) for each individual. The results were then aggregated and segmented by role, function, and department.

The analysis also incorporated employee declarations regarding direct financial savings derived from flexible work arrangements, as well as the amount of quality of life time gained through these arrangements.

The final average calculations indicate that the company’s flexible work policies generate an extended salary (“Salary+”) value of up to 37% above the initial net financial salary. Consequently, the company obtained a  SALARY+ IMPACT INDEX PLATINUM CERTIFICATION.
