ABOUT OUR FUND RAISING

Fund raising using Single Agreement Future Equity (SAFE) approach.

Actually we are in a pre-seed moment raising 150.000$ with a corporate valuation of 1,500.000$ with a dilution of 10%.

It is expected to seed again a 2nd round between June and December 2027 at approximately 2,000.000$ raise and a corporate valuation of 10,000.000$, ( dilution 20%)

7% valuation at second round jumps to 700k
